Last Updated: May 24, 2024
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the jssstrucking.com website or engaging the services of JSSS Hauling and Trucking Services LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing our platform or utilizing our Virginia-based logistics network, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these professional standards.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our specialized trucking and hauling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our transport policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of our services immediately. JSSS Hauling and Trucking Services LLC operates under strict adherence to Federal and Virginia law. Be advised that specific freight agreements or individual logistics contracts may be subject to separate written agreements which will supersede these general terms where applicable.
2. Quotes and Services
All quotes provided by JSSS Hauling and Trucking Services LLC are preliminary estimates based on the freight descriptions, weights, and distances provided by the client. These estimates are subject to market fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and actual weight verification. Formal service engagement is finalized only upon the execution of a signed freight agreement or Bill of Lading (BOL). These secondary documents define the specific terms of payment, cargo liability, and delivery schedules required for high-precision transport.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JSSS Hauling and Trucking Services LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our maximum liability for cargo loss or damage is strictly limited to the value defined in the individual Bill of Lading or the carrier's standard liability insurance limits unless additional coverage is purchased in writing.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to our logistics agreements or trucking services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Prince William County, Virginia. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
